How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the shipment, so you can keep track of it at all times 😉.

Can I place an online order and pick it up at a physical store?

At the moment, we do not offer the Click and Collect service at our physical stores. However, we are working to make it available very soon.

Do you ship internationally? How much does international shipping cost?

Yes, we ship within the European Union and to the United States. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

No, we currently do not ship to the Canary Islands. However, you can find some of our products at Regaliz Funwear, located at C/ Cano 5, 35002 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

What shipping options do you offer? What are the shipping costs?

We offer two types of shipping: standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping costs €3.95 for Madrid and €4.50 for the rest of the Peninsula; express shipping costs €5.90 for Madrid and €6.90 for the Peninsula.

When will I receive my order? What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for standard shipping within the Peninsula* and the Balearic Islands.

With express shipping (valid only for the Peninsula), the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

*This delivery time may be longer during sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions*

Can you gift wrap my order?

We currently cannot offer gift wrapping, sorry!

Can I add a personalized note to my order?

No, at the moment we do not have this option. The notes you can add are for delivery clarifications only.

I want to modify my order before it is shipped

Once the order is placed, we cannot modify it. If the preparation hasn’t started yet, we could cancel it, and you would need to place the order again.

Otherwise, once you receive it, you can request a change or a return.

I want to cancel my order

Once the order is placed, we can only cancel it if the warehouse has not started processing it. Contact us, and we will confirm if we are still in time.

If it's too late, you will need to wait until you receive it to request a change or return.

We collaborate with Paack to ensure your order is transported using a fleet of 100% electric vehicles*, minimizing the environmental impact of your purchase.

  • Currently, the service is only available in certain postal codes. When entering your address, if your location is included, the Sustainable Shipping option will be available; otherwise, it will not be available yet.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., breakdowns or high shipping volumes), alternative vehicles may be used to ensure delivery.
