When does Blue Banana’s Black Friday start and end?

It starts on 25.11.24 at 10:00 CET in physical stores, El Corte Inglés corners, and online. It ends on 02.12.24 (Cyber Monday) at 23:59 CET online and at the closing time of physical stores and El Corte Inglés corners.

What promotions and gifts are available online? And in physical stores?

In physical stores, El Corte Inglés corners and online, there are items with up to 40% discount, and socks are given away for orders over €30.

Do purchases at El Corte Inglés and multi-brand stores have the same promotions?

Physical stores, El Corte Inglés corners, and the online store have the same prices. Additionally, socks are given away for orders over €30. Multi-brand stores (not El Corte Inglés) have their own discounts and promotions, which may differ from those communicated by Blue Banana.

What promotions and gifts are available at the Outlet?

The Outlet has items with up to 60% discount. Additionally, socks are also given away for purchases over €30.

Can I use a discount or free shipping code during Black Friday?

Yes, discount codes are applicable on Black Friday, including those for the Adventure Pass. However, note that 'coordinate codes' (made up exclusively of numbers and symbols) are the only ones compatible with all promotions. Other codes (made up of numbers and letters) are also valid, but their use cancels out the socks promotion. Remember that you can only use one code per purchase, and only on the website and in physical stores, not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners.

Can I use my Adventure Pass codes during Black Friday?

Yes! Take advantage and redeem your Equis for extra discounts on already discounted items. Remember that you can use them on the website and in physical stores (not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners), and their use cancels out the socks promotion.

How do the coordinates codes work?

If you find a coordinates code from the “Black Friday Expedition” campaign, you can redeem it for an additional discount on your purchase. Remember that you can use them online and in physical stores, but not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners.

How many codes can I use in my purchase?

How do I know if I’m one of the first people to win a sweatshirt? How can I get the free sweatshirt?

On November 29, Blue Banana will give away 10 sweatshirts to the first 10 purchases at each of its own stores (outlets, multi-brand stores, and El Corte Inglés excluded), and at 12:00pm CET, 300 sweatshirts to the first 300 online purchases over 20€.

Conditions for in-store promo: Subject to limited availability of 10 per store and one per purchase. The customer cannot choose the model (it will be Classic Green), but they can choose the size, which will be provided based on availability. Promo not valid in El Corte Inglés corners, outlet stores, or multi-brand stores.

Conditions for online promo: Subject to 300 uses of the code “BFCLASSICCREW,” only one per purchase over 20€, and limited to Classic Gray and Classic Green models. If the code doesn’t work on the website, the customer will not be able to redeem the gift due to availability issues or failure to meet promo conditions. If the free sweatshirt does not appear in the purchase confirmation email, the customer will not receive it (the promotion may have ended or the customer may not have added it correctly or on time, in which case Blue Banana is not responsible and cannot send it separately).

General conditions: The promotion is only compatible with coordinate codes created for the "Black Friday Expedition" campaign (composed exclusively of numbers and symbols, no letters). The gift cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money. If a customer requests a full or partial refund, they must include the free sweatshirt. If not, the cost of the sweatshirt will be deducted from the refund. The general terms for purchasing, exchanges, and returns apply to any order placed during the promotion.

How can I get the free socks?

On the website, a message will prompt you to add them to your cart when it exceeds €30. In physical stores, our team will offer them to you during your purchase. Remember that there is only one model, quantities are limited, and we always try to accommodate your size. Note that “coordinate codes” (made up exclusively of numbers and symbols) are the only ones compatible with all promotions, including the free socks; other codes (made up of numbers and letters) are also valid, but their use cancels the socks promotion.

Can I choose the size and model of the free socks?

There is one sock model, and you can choose the size as long as it is available. Remember that the units are limited.

Why didn’t my gift arrive?

On the website, free socks must be manually added to the order, and a message will notify you of this during the purchase. If you didn’t add them when you placed your order, it’s normal that they didn't arrive. If you don’t remember whether you added them, check the confirmation email we sent you when you made your purchase. If the socks are not listed, it means you didn't add them (or did so incorrectly), and in that case, we won’t be able to send them separately. Also remember that only coordinate codes (made up of numbers and symbols) are compatible with the gift. If you redeemed any other code (made up of numbers and letters), it will have canceled the socks promotion.

What do I do if I don’t like my gift?

Gifts cannot be returned, so we suggest you pass it on to someone who might like it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

During high-demand periods like Black Friday or Christmas, our delivery times may be longer than usual. We’ll notify you by email when your order leaves the warehouse. From that moment, delivery in Spain usually takes between 2 and 4 business days, although it may take a little longer during these dates. You can check the delivery times for other destinations on our shipping page.

If I return all or part of my order, do I need to return the free socks?

If you return your entire order, you must return the socks. If it’s a partial return, you need to return them if the item you keep is valued at less than €30. If you were supposed to return the socks and didn’t, we will deduct the cost of the gift from your refund.

Until when can I request an exchange or a return? How does it work?

We have extended the usual return period until 15.01.24 to cover all your Christmas gifts
